Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of payment being received. Delivery times will then depend on your chosen shipping option at checkout.
We ship via Royal Mail as standard, with tracked and express options available. We also ship via Evri if it is your preferred choice. Once dispatched, you'll receive confirmation so you can keep an eye on your parcel.
Please note: dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer during busy periods.
Returns
We describe every item as honestly as we can — condition, measurements, and any flaws are clearly noted in each listing. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If an item arrives significantly not as described, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.
We do not accept returns for change of mind on second-hand items, as each piece is unique and one of a kind. This is in line with UK consumer law for second-hand goods sold by private/small sellers.
